dondakaya fry with coconut - dondakaya kobbari fry andhra style - dondakai karam koora

Dondakaya fry andhra style with coconut also called 'Dondakaya kobbari koora' or 'Kobbari Karam' in telugu. It is a crispy and healthy recipe prepared with freshly grated coconut. Dondakai in english is called Ivy Gourd, Kovakkai in Tamil, tindora in hindi and Tondekayi in Kannada.

Dondakaya fry with coconut - Kobbari Karam

This Coconut Stir Fry Recipe is made using fresh and tender tindoras and using freshly grated coconut. Tender tindora is turned into a deeply roasted delicious stir fry that is simple yet elegant to serve as part of a special meal. Instead of ccoconut we can make this with peanuts powder or roasted chana dal powder or sesame seeds powder as well.
But off all dondakaya fry with coconut andhra style tastes heavenly. You can refer to my other  Dondakaya Masala Curry recipe which is a gravy version made using peanut powder.
